Rachel works with all types of counselling needs, including individuals (adults and children) family therapy, couples and corporate. Rachel is also qualified to work with children with behaviour that challenges and those impacted by adverse childhood experiences
Jacqui

Jacqui works with all counselling needs and is competent to work with both adults and children. Her specialist areas are supporting clients on our corporate contracts ( mental health support in the workplace ) and Pet bereavement
Jess

Specialist Areas:
Jess works with all counselling needs although specialises in working with adults and in particular those who have been impacted by bereavement, palliative care & terminal illness
Steph

Specialist Areas:
Steph works with all counselling needs and her specialist area is working with young people and adults. Steph is a trauma-informed therapist, and uses CBT for support with anxiety, phobias and unhelpful habits
